Putin accepts Erdoğan's invitation to visit Turkey: Kremlin​

Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s invitation to visit Turkey amid Ukraine tensions, the Kremlin said Thursday.
The Russian president will visit Turkey once the pandemic situation and schedules allow it, the Kremlin said.
In an interview broadcast on Wednesday, Erdoğan said Turkey is ready to host the leaders of Russia and Ukraine to "pave the way for re-establishing peace" as tensions between the two countries show little sign of diminishing.
"Turkey wants tensions between Russia and Ukraine to be resolved before they turn into a new crisis," the president stated.
Turkey has been closely following the developments and is in close contact with both Kyiv and Moscow. Erdoğan had said amid increasing tensions in the region and recently announced plans to visit Ukraine in February to help defuse tensions.

It's not just the currency. It's Turkish inflation running at 100% which is due to Turkish decisions. That is what is causing economic chaos in Turkey.

And I'm saying that the Iranians may be having issues because they can't buy the equipment they need to keep the pipeline running.

There is still hope for diplomacy in the Ukraine-Russia file. Hopefully both presidents will meet in Turkey next month..

Iran provide small percentage of gas imports. and a country that is carbon copy of Germany should have its own backups and reserves in storage. Turkey and imperial Japan are Germanic creation using scientific knowledge from Eastern EU.
Germany expected that Ukraine will become base for machine tool factories due to past soviet heavy industries. not realizing Russia will drag Germany into this mud. Putin does not want to embarrass Germany further in current crises.
