What if the U.S. offered India lots of goodies, will India take the bait?

Goodies as in what? Pakistan won't tolerate that and would feel as if the US is directly attacking them.. All hell will break loose. Pakistan has zero tolerance unlike China..

The next morning you will be hearing Imran Khan saying we are being cornered.. de-crying that there needs to be counter-measure policy

Weapons are not directly sold to India from the west but there is suspicion of sharing ToT with them under the table which is a concern and ISI has been sniffing things around.. Also there is a concern about France and there could be a counter-measure.. Pakistan could consider making bases nearby areas to France for instance...

Lithuania's foreign minister is being urged to step down. Lithuanian President Nauseda said earlier this month that the Lithuanian government's decision to allow Taiwan authorities to open a "representative office in Lithuania" in the name of "Taiwan" was a "mistake". The representative office renamed the "Taipei Representative Office" on the 10th, the leader of the opposition Social Democratic Party, Villa Brinkevich, called for the resignation of Foreign Minister Landsbergis. Faced with the pressure, Landsbergis left on the 11th to complain, claiming he didn't make a mistake.

At this point I'm going to call it: Lithuania will do a backflip on the Taiwan Representative Office thing. If not this year from political crisis then next year in their general election. Lots of entertainment shell be enjoyed by us here at that time, with lots of weeping and gnashing of teeth from the west.

But more interestingly what sort of geopolitical implication would a Lithuanian backflip have? It will cause further damage to US image of course, but would it be enough to cause a rout in pro-US political factions in say South Korea and Japan?

Wasn’t their last elections only in 2020? So next would be 2024 isn’t it?

What do you think these GCC countries(which have numerous US bases ) feel when they hear from the US that the new cold war is between " democracies and authoritarians "
I'll tell you what they're hearing:

They're hearing the US trying to con people into destroying their economy by stirring up trouble with China and then make that money themselves and they're saying "no thank you".

GCC know that they have a target in their back. If for whatever reason China falls, then Vietnam, GCC, Russia are on the chopping block.

Plus as the Temstar said, US/West are doing everything they can to destroy their economies. GCC need all the help they can get to transition their economies ASAP. They need to maximise their oil revenue now and then throw everything at domestic development, otherwise they are toast
