Let him be. He's a proud Ruskie through and through which reflects through almost all of his comments. We just have to contend with the fact that there will always be people that are very ultra-proud of their nations capability real or imagined as we can see from our favorite South Aisan neighbor, the Jai Hinds. But let's not also pretend that China lacks insane amounts of ultra-proud individuals that's just as extra like our friend here and sometimes if not more so.
