My condolences to the all the victims families......

But why US administration immediately jumped in & called a Terrorist Act .... while same sort of terrible incident happened earlier in Las Vegas killing 58 innocent people & US admin claimed that the act was from mentally ill person.

Come on ....

Rest I leave to all you guys...but kindly don't quote biased media claimed reports of XYZ...

NYC terrorist was happy as he asked to hang ISIS flag in his hospital room. He killed 8 people, badly injured 12. SHOULD GET DEATH PENALTY!

So it means he is terrorist....& the guy in Las Vegas didn't say that so he is mentally ill...not Christian Terrorist...

They would both be terrorists, except that "terrorism" is now a political term.

A Spanish judge on Thursday issued a European arrest warrant for ousted Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont and four members of his sacked cabinet, now in Belgium, after they failed to appear at a High Court hearing, newspaper La Vanguardia said.

A spokeswoman for the High Court could not confirm the warrant had been issued.

Spain’s state prosecutor had asked the judge to issue such a warrant earlier in the day.

Because in the US today, terrorism has been politicized and polarized. The LV gunmen sure as heck fits the technical description of what a terrorist is meant to be however again because of the politicization of that word, he isn't considered one.

This Uzbek guy on the other hand because of his nationality, religion and his so call allegiance to ISIS fits the narrative of 'what' a terrorist is suppose to be so it is easy for politicians, mass media etc. to consider him one.

Believe in this educated world this needs to be addressed/discussed & eradicated once for all....

Any sort of Terrorists Acts should be treated as terrorists regardless their Religion/Country/Affiliation...

Yes but the description of the crime makes a different in regards legal matters. If one is labeled as a foreign terrorists he/she will have less legal rights than say any deranged American citizen mass shooter. The Uzbek guy as bad as he is, the mayhem that he caused is far less than the Las Vegas shooter. BUT if the perpetrator of the LV shooter where to survive and go through the legal process he will NOT have to face a terrorist charge from the justice system rather a murder charges in instead. He'll most likely get the death penalty in the state of Nevada, but wouldn't have possibly go to a prison in Guantanamo Bay US Naval Base in Cuba.
