Talks have broken down between the Russians and Anglos; this could mean several things:
1) Anglos are going to try to kill Nordstream, even as europeans suffer and freeze, if they can't they'll try to impose the EU's Third Energy Package which calls for Russia having to give up control of the pipeline.
2) The anglo elite via Victoria 'fuck the EU' nuland are still in denial about their diminished status in the world.
