Remember what Macron “diplomatic” relations with Russia was. He plays the good cop in the bad cop strategy. Offer an olive branch while doing the exact opposite to undermine and attack you. Macron is no different than how Erdogan acts diplomatically. An untrustworthy snake.

They are doing in hopes that this will act as leverage to get Trump to back down. However, everyone knows they are all bluffs and will bend their toes instead of their knees when they bow down. Empty threats don’t work if you never commit to it.
Mark Carney has more of a spine in a few months than the entire Democrat Party has had in more than a decade.

Trump is using Russia and China as an excuse for his adventurism. His critics are using China to try to discourage him. Their argument is combined GDP of the US and allies is the majority of the world and Trump is breaking that alliance. Yeah but everything they do and pay for costs more than in China. That spin is like claiming some Latin American banana republics have million peso monetary notes. Wow they much be rich because their money goes that high.
I’ve seen multiple sources making that argument right now. It must be because of Davos coming up where Trump is going to make his arguments for taking over Greenland and where many European leaders are going to be there to discourage him.
This is why the West should fall because they’re relegated to making stupid points that have no relevance to motivate people. You have to be pretty dumb to fall for it. And these are the people in power over the world…

Yes that’s why alliances with the West is more about controlling its members and not protection from outside threats. Why did European leaders call for an “Asian NATO”? It’s so they can order China’s neighbors on their economic and military policies for their self-interests.

This isn’t the only stupid thing Jeremy Clarkson has concluded. He was on some Southeast Asian beach where he saw trash on it and blamed it on China. China has so much trash and they have no ethics that it has to because of them. Then it came out after China stopped taking Western trash to recycle that Western countries were also shipping their non recyclable trash to Southeast Asia where sometimes they just dump it on their beaches without any authority. The Great Garbage Patch of the Pacific is because of them also if they dump their garbage like that. You notice that there’s never an attempt by the West to identify the garbage to hold countries responsible. It should be easy to do but they don’t because they know the answer and besides Westerners already assume it China’s fault. Canadian garbage barges were being turned away from Southeast Asia. So what do you think they did when they were turned away? The people operating those ships were already paid. You think they would just waste time shipping it back to be incinerated causing pollution over Canada? No, they would just dump it in the Pacific. Who would know? They already got paid. The West can identify where oil spilled into the ocean comes from. They can’t identify where garbage comes from? They don’t even bother because they already know they’re responsible.
