There's simply no comparison between China and India aside from the size and heft of their respective populations and ancient histories—the similarities end there.
China rose from the ashes of its nadir to its current status, made possible by a political entity and governance system without precedent. Yet it is ironically attacked and maligned in every way possible. Success breeds contempt and envy. If the Chinese governing party and system were actually rotten to the core—as many naysayers claim, chief among them Indians—we wouldn't be having this breathless and thankless discussion and debate from yet another user from India, now would we?
