China should step up it's effort for reducing oil import. I think they can push for more renewables/energy transition/grid upgrades/EV/battery swaps/green H2 etc., They are still paying about $300 billion annually for oil import. So, there's a lot of saving to be made, not just strategic requirement.
HQ-9 was definitely jammed, even China admits this. Only it wasn’t by India, but by Pakistan itself. Its Saab 2000 Erieye planes jammed its own HQ-9.
