Either:

1- The stooge is a snake trying deceive everybody about his masterplan role in the Biden administration plans to kill China IT-semiconductor industry and create the biggest breach of trust in commercial history.

2-Or he is a Chimp with a gun who crafted one most destructive and annoying policies in D.C without even a slight understanding of a incredible complex industries like semiconductors, AI and IT . Wich in my opinion is worst.
A deeply unqualified individual who doesn't have the ability to understand a simple repair shop let alone crafting policy for a 1 trillion dollar industry.

If you go to Chinese airport you see staff open diplomat lane to normal people when line is empty. Similar stuff never happens in west. Rules are rigid for better or worse.

This does mean corruption can happen when people get too flexible. I guess this is the difference of religious culture and Chinese.

Corruption not only exists in "flexible" spaces, but also thrives within "rigid" rules.
As you said, Westerners strictly enforce rules, regardless of whether they're good or bad. No one attempts to question the legitimacy of the rules, leading to widespread legalized crime.

Hence why when the Westerners, Russia and Japan established the concessions they pretty much turned the cities into corrupt, crime ridden aparthied states where criminal gangs are extremly powerful and corruption literally thrives.

So many voices saying different spins on why China is winning because the West obviously got it wrong. They got it wrong because simply what they believed before wasn’t right. This is why China should be hammering that they got it wrong or else they’re going to forget. Maybe they shouldn’t have made such predictions in the first place. They did it to claim some notoriety for themselves. They didn’t do it because they wanted people to have accurate information. They did it for some personal gain. Look at Rush Doshi. How are you an expert on something without having any affinity with the thing you supposedly have expertise? The only expertise he has is hating on China. He can’t just say he’s an expert on being pro-Indian. Those are dime a dozen with Indians. So to make oneself stand out to make it a business you say you’re an expert on China and he’ll get a lot business because he’s not white and can money on it from white people not wanting to look racist but still want the benefits. Now even Rush Doshi has to rewrite the past especially him being clearly a “China expert” because he’s going to lose business by being wrong. Same goes with the China Beige Book. How are they considered China experts when all they do is help plan against China? The guy who runs it is Middle Eastern or from that part of the world. He certainly ain’t Chinese. That’s how people like them make money these days. They ain’t going to be an expert on their country because there’s no money in that.

The Anglos via the British empire balked at paying silver for Chinese goods and started the opium wars as a result; now, let the Anglos of today pay in gold and see if they can have the same result.
