An island in the Solomon Islands once banner Chinese investments. Now they welcome it again with opened arms.

ABC claims that Australia is also investing, but I don't see anything the Australian side in this video. This shows that Chinese investments is reality, while politics is BS. You can only play so much politics, until reality starts to bite.

I'm curious, do many people really believe these bullshit predictions?

I have seen highly educated professionals in fields requiring rational thinking based on evidence who nevertheless revert to magical religious thinking when it comes to religion, because they were inculcated at an early age by family and community. To reject that would mean rejection of everything they have been taught from an early age and also a repudiation of their parents, so many have this blind spot and switch off their rational thinking like flicking a light switch as soon as it comes to such matters.

Russia to withdraw from the plutonium reduction treaty with the USA. Usually, russians would sell weapons grade plutonium, mixed with other metals so that it can't be weaponized, to the USA which would use that plutonium in nuclear power plants. Doesn't Russia want to deplete its plutonium reserves? Doesn't Russia want USA to have nuclear fuel? or maybe china wants to buy the high grade plutonium from Russia instead of the USA? I think the Chinese have pressured Russia into selling high grade plutonium to china. Xi to Putin: Give me plutonium or no more industrial support... Of course, I could be wrong.

As plawolf said I don't think mines will be a threat from Japan. In fact not much of Japanese military can be a threat.

IMO the biggest threat from Japan would be if they open their territory completely to US military for missile and airforce basing, basically an unsinkable aircraft carrier that can trade blows with coastal Chinese cities. That will of course guarantee the complete destruction of Japanese infrastructure and economies so I imagine it would only be a last resort for Japanese regime, it is still a scenario Chinese planners need to take into account.

Exactly. This is why China needs a Japan bomber not some ridiculous CONUS bomber.

What kind of nonsense ‘reasoning’ is this?

America actively involved in killing Russian troops in Ukraine - Why would Russia not want to see nuclear fuel to America anymore?

China continue to support Russia despite threat of western sanctions - China must be secretly squeezing the Russians to force them to stop selling to the Americans!

If there is a recent direct event that might have caused this, it would be Trump’s idiotic plan to give Ukraine tomahawks.

Nobel Prizes for 2025 are coming out. I wonder will Trump win his.

I'm really surprised at the lack of critical thinking of some Chinese regarding Nobel Prizes. Like they ask why isn't China winning and never even bother to ask what is the institution behind it aka the Swedish Academy of Sciences. Today I learnt Tolstoy never won with a part of the reason being Sweden didn't exactly like Russia back then.
The Chinese public no longer holds any expectations for the value of the Nobel Peace Prize or the Literature Prize. They still have a certain degree of respect for awards in physics, chemistry, and medicine.

They rotate allegiances whenever they need more money. It's their version of the infinite money glitch

you have to consider Australia not as a nation in its own right (after all, how can a real nation send its former prime ministers to act as public servants to other nations) but as an extension of the Anglo five eyes empire. This isn’t just a defeat for Australia, this is a defeat for the Anglo empire in the midst of its own decline.

The Charlie Kirk assassination is turning out to be a high stakes, high level, US elite intrafighting over preparing the American people for a possible war against Iran,

how current American lobbying works nowadays:

apparently, US politicians have QR codes where they go around to Zionist fundraisers who treat them like livestock scanning their codes to donate money if they say the right stuff about Israel.its like it’s important to these Zionists that everyone debase themselves and humiliate themselves for Zionist money and entertainment.

This sounds like the mindset of some liberal nutjob here who claims to be from the Global South. According to him, the Global South is king, and that every superpower must give them free money and special treatment. Otherwise they'll just say no, and the superpower will be starved of resources and love.
