It is the word Germany that irritates Putin not so much the missile. Main point of this talk was German companies are dying but i think German companies will die slow death not at speed that Putin expects. This Arabian Arab dominated events and they are going to use it what they gather about Europe.
regarding missile i think Russian will welcome it as this prolong conflict gives Russia opportunity to adopt to anything new coming from Ukraine. they put more powerful Pantsir radar on corvette and interception range increased several times against Storm Shadow even on water.

A few trade wars, and the US finally realized that China cannot be bullied.

EU needs a similar humbling
Now, however, some in Europe mistakenly believe that China, under pressure from the US tariff war, is the one seeking favors from Europe. Some even fantasize that by taking a tougher stance against China, they can force China into making unilateral concessions to the EU. If these people think they've secretly picked up the US' "art of the deal" and are feeling complacent, they are undoubtedly gravely misjudging both themselves and China.

Trump really did a great job on this to deter China. At least MAGA guys think so.

Posts about Three Gorges Dam is getting extremely popular on X again...

Will Chinese leadership feel scared & kneel to Trump after seeing what happened in Iran last night? We'll see.

tbh I think this is why fascists always bring their own demise. this ideology is evil, narcissist and ignorant at the same time which means they never know when to stop so eventually they will crush into a brick wall and find out even when the wall is actively trying the best to avoid these lunatics.

Pretty much. After a while you just learn to stop caring. They wanna bang their against a wall, it's their choice. It only makes it easier to crush them when it's time for action. Then you never have to hear them yap again.

Westoids stopped talking about a lot of stuff related to China coz they got proven wrong. From technology innovations, sports, development, clout etc all of these have aged badly. Yet instead of acknowledging it they either change the goalposts or try to pretend they never said it. Imaging wasting hours arguing with such disingenuous people who never truly put their money where their mouth is at.

These guys are never truly serious because there's always an exit door for them. We should find a way to block this door soon.

One thing's for sure, the trajectory of events in the past few years have made the UN, including the UN Security Council, more irrelevant than ever. The UN was already a lame duck arguably during the War on Terror; but there the prospects of violating UN protocols seemed serious, back then, and the Bush administration went through the motions of working with UN inspectors before ordering the attack.

Now, nobody even bothered to bring a motion forward to the Security Council, because it'd be useless - Russia's at war with Ukraine, and the US is at war with Iran, with two Security Council members actively engaged in conflicts, the council has become a joke as a "peace keeping" force.

We are very much moving back into the days before World War 2, with the UN becoming the equivalent of the League of Nations in essentially being useless. Dangerous times.

Honestly, I don’t get why some people here are so confident this U.S./Israel campaign against Iran is going to work, or that it benefits them in any tangible way, barring media propaganda for domestic Westoids, that some here also fall for.

Unless this ends with total regime collapse, partition, or Iran being reduced to a non-factor in the region, which is extremely unlikely, it’s just going to turn into another massive resource and attention sink like Ukraine, only possibly much worse.

By the way, they already tried that “collapse them instantly” flash plan with Russia in 2022, sanctions, isolation, and trying to topple Putin. Didn’t work.

Now the new version is “maybe Israeli-style shadow ops and targeted strikes will magically collapse Iran.” Same delusional mindset, no real plan behind it.

“Iran will collapse in 24 hours.”
“Just kill a few commanders and the whole system falls.”
“No need for sacrifice, just air power and pressure.”

It’s the same arrogant fantasy. The idea that long-standing, deeply rooted states will just break from some flashy Westoid "superior" moves, no cost, no risk. It’s not serious thinking.

And let’s be real, this isn’t just about Iran. It’s about going after China’s allies before the big confrontation later this decade. Just like they used Ukraine to try and finish Russia and isolate China (and failed), now they want to knock out Iran to prevent it from causing problems during the China war.

But Iran isn’t folding. They’re firing back. Israel got hit hard and exposed, existentially threatened pretty quickly, and now the U.S. is being dragged in directly.

People also don’t seem to understand how China plays this game. They already bled the U.S. in Ukraine without sending a single weapon, just components, tech, economic, and quiet support. Now they’ll do the same with Iran. They don’t need to be public. Just keep Iran alive and draining U.S. resources.

And that’s all Iran needs: to survive. That’s their win condition. Absorb the hits, adapt, and come out stronger. And that’s already happening. The regime isn’t cracking.

No mass and separatist uprisings. No internal revolt. The “opposition” the West keeps pushing lives abroad has basically zero support, and cheers on the Israeli bombing of Iranian civilians. No one inside Iran takes them seriously. They couldn’t go back home without being hanged worse than Navalny.

The West has no serious alternative or plan. People are now more united behind the regime than they’ve been in years. Regime change doesn’t work unless you have someone to replace the regime, and Iran isn’t Libya or Iraq. There’s also no faction waiting to take over and cause chaos.

IRGC is still fully operational, and their new chain of command just helped pound Israel heavily for days. The clerical system is intact. This regime has decades of experience with war and pressure. They were just taken by surprise shortly, initially. Every assassination and airstrike just boosts public resolve.

So, unless the Collective West pulls off a miracle collapse (which they won’t), they’re walking into another long, pointless war of attrition.

And this time, the U.S. is even weaker than it was when it went into Iraq or Afghanistan (where they were also attrited and unsuccessful). Iran isn’t some third-world army either; they’ve got missiles, drones, and even hypersonics now. Iran doesn’t need to defeat them, just survive. And every month they hold, another step closer to the U.S. burning out before it even reaches China.

Honestly, I think the US will fold much, much faster than it did in Afghanistan. And every resource spent here is a waste; the U.S. doesn’t have much left to waste. Trump will soon beg for a ceasefire just like in Yemen.

I swear, some people on this forum have the memory of a goldfish. The U.S. is using the exact same playbook it used against the Houthis in Yemen, and it failed there, too. And the Houthis are basically Iran’s baby brother.

So what makes anyone think it’ll work on Iran, a far stronger and more unified state?

“No boots on the ground, just airstrikes, air superiority will work like magic.”

How many times does that have to fail before people realize air power alone doesn’t bring down hardened regimes? And no one’s dumb enough to actually invade Iran now; they’d get chewed up instantly. So what’s left? Just bombing and praying for regime collapse, wasting precious focus and resources you don't have? Good luck with that.

They’re acting like they’re an industrial hyperpower like China, when in reality, their military corporations are more focused on stock buybacks than actually producing weapons or securing supply chains.

Fordow is a manufactured off ramp, pretty obvious ever since they started hyping it up as some sort of key to everything. It's honestly amazing how people think if Iran is building nukes they will build it at a publicly disclosed facility that they let IAEA inspect for years

But the whole Iranian WMD narrative isn't even real, its an excuse Israel invented to push for war, so to bomb some rocks and destroy a non-existent thing then declare victory is just a round about way for Trump to not help Israel deal with the actual Irainan missile bombing them problem. I mean If Bush said in 2023 they did a thing, completely destroyed Iraq's non existent WMD, not only destroyed but so successful there's no possiblty of any remaining, it would just mean he called off the invasion.

Of course Israel getting bombed problem is still there, not to mention the original invasion goal, so Israel will have to come up with an new narrative to pressure Trump to save them, we'll see what it is in the coming days. For now, the bigger a victory Trump declares, the more it means he wants to throw Israel out to dry.
I view it as Israel is dragging a reluctant US to do ground invasion, by provoking Iran to go over the nuclear threshold (or very least, exaggerating the threat), and hoping the superpower does the dirty work for Israel. The funny thing is, even if US doesn't do a ground invasion, it's going to keep a ton of assets around ME, which sucks resources away from Pacific. Oh, the woes of an overstretched empire.

And all these strikes are meaningless without a ground invasion, one cannot just hope Iran collapses from embarrassment or wishful thinking or a magically coup.
