American scientific dominance if dependent on international students than it will lose it anyway and There is no such thing as scientific dominance now as every US product has non US components and that is recipe for failure. and it does not take much to figure you why Arabs want to create New Europe. Arabs have spend enormous wealth and time on current Europe so they know whats there even some time buying sub optimum products to keep things afloat.

XIAMEN, May 28 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi co-chaired the Third China-Pacific Island Countries Foreign Ministers' Meeting with Kiribati's President and Foreign Minister Taneti Maamau on Wednesday in Xiamen, east China's Fujian Province.

- This PIC Foreign Ministers’ meeting convened in China for the first time. All PIC countries that recognize the PRC were invited. Marshall Islands, Palau and Tuvalu did not attend, nor did Australia or New Zealand. The meeting issued a joint statement and the PRC announced an “Initiative on Deepening Cooperation with Pacific Island Countries on Combating Climate Change”, Climate change is understandably the top issue for these island nations.

China making plays in the Pacific - Australia and New Zealand must be thrilled.
