If Ukraine really does carry out this threat, we will witness one of the world's biggest "fuck around, find out" moments in history. Besides, this is possibly one of the most stupid threats since it directly gives Russia cover for a false flag attack. Like what are they seeking to accomplish? If it is to dissuade world leaders to not go for May 9th, it wouldn't do anything since they already announced that they would go, knowing of the potentiasl threat of Ukrainian attack. Ukraine making further threats wont make a difference to their travel plans.
