For the de minimus rule there'll be an option of $100 or 120% of the goods' declared value, going up to $200 in June. It's unlikely that customs will check the actual value of the goods so I imagine there'll be a lot of under-declarations. Those are for items shipped via the postal service. For other services, goods shipped will be subject to the regular 145% tariff.

What this probably means is that if your order of spinners arrives in the US after May 2nd, then you'll be informed about paying 120% tariffs before the package will be released. I don't know how much your seller declared them for, so the declared value could be whatever you paid for it or a lot less. If you don't pay the tariffs, the package will be auctioned off.
LOL They all declare "gift" or value $0.99. I've never seen an Aliexpress package declared correctly or anything other than those 2 options before. We're not helping them get this right. Those spinners are like 67 cents a piece so they're a good test.

Gordon Chang has now become a space expert.
he claims China wants to annex the moon, add it to the PRC and militarize it against the US.
it's at the last minute of the video.
We ,true Chinese-not you Gordon Chang -just love mooncakes especially the ones with egg yolk inside-so it's natural to Sinicize the moon(doesn't a rabbit live there?-grandma said long ago)

No talk:

Why there is no talk:

The cold, hash reality of buying "made in the USA": 3560 bought the less expensive "made in Asia (in China actually)" shower head at $129, 0 bought the more expensive "made in the USA" at $239.

China should closely monitor Indian military activities, actively share military intelligence with Pakistani Armed Forces, accelerate military shipments to Pakistan, and announce sizeable military exercises in the border to distract and tie up Indian forces

Should also diplomatically publicly denounce the terrorist attack while calling for respect of sovereignty, and calling for return to peace.

India is probably thinking that China is weak because of the trade war with the US, and tries to do same sht it did during Covid
I think its moreso the fact that Modi has held up the pacification of Kashmir and its conversion into a tourist destination, the so called "Switzerland of South Asia," as one of his major policy wins during his years of ruling India. This terrorist attack is a massive blow to his administration's confidence towards their Kashmir policy. Ordinary Indians feel pain and anger over the loss of innocent lives, but for Modi and Hindutva their prestige is on the line.

China has 45 million metric tons of light, medium, heavy, rare earths strategically in its possession-the only thing US is going to get is old porn from used hard drives-I have heard that cow ,pig, chicken, sheep dung is loaded with rare earths-perhaps stable genius Trump can start and extraction/recovery program from this valuable poop resource.
Wait a minute... are you telling me there's an opening for India to become the next RE supapower?
