China, Kyrgyzstan to deepen law enforcement, security cooperation

  BEIJING, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong met with Kamchybek Tashiev, deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and chairman of Kyrgyzstan's State Committee for National Security on Friday in Beijing.

  Wang Xiaohong said that China is willing to work with Kyrgyzstan to seriously implement the important consensus of the two heads of state, seize the important opportunity to build a high-quality “Belt and Road”, deepen counter-terrorism, combating transnational crime, border management and border inspection at the ports and other areas of practical cooperation, to promote the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway and other major projects to promote the safe and smooth implementation of the joint safeguard the common interests of the two countries, and promote the construction of a better community of destiny in China and Kyrgyzstan. Tashiev said that he would like to work with China and Kyrgyzstan to promote the construction of a community of destiny.

  Tashiev said he is willing to work with China to promote law enforcement and security cooperation between the two countries to a new level.
