Here's the latest update on the SALT TYPHOON saga that has yet to gain a massive traction with the American public and the western world for that matter frankly.

The remedy being proposed to consider during this hearing is:
  • THE U.S. MUST RESPOND OFFENSIVELY TO SHOW AMERICA MEANS BUSINESS.
  • THE U.S. MUST SHOW TO THE CHINESE THAT SUCH ALLEGED CYBERSECURITY ATTACKS CAN'T AND WON'T BE TOLERATED PERIOD. ANY FURTHER ATTACKS WOULD BE MET WITH A DISPROPORTIONATE RESPONSE.
  • CHINA IS NO LONGER AFRAID OF THE U.S.
America is the victor and will respond at a time of its choosing

why not raise a black flag over the white house while you're at it lmfao

Somehow, this known access of the MSS has still not been removed or significantly uncovered even as of today, months after the initial reveal.
It seems that they have penetrated so deep that it's impossible to remove the spying software. The only solution is actual entire physical replacement of the affected hardware...

They got fcked pretty hard. Cyber community had warned them that mandating backdoors will also enable foreign countries to exploit them but they ignored them. Now China is permanently embedded into their systems lmao. They need to rip and replace everything..

Considering many of the best performing students from each country often ends up working for intel agencies:

Somewhere out there is a dude with SAT 1600 who is fighting the code made by a dude with Gaokao 690... Not envying his position.

Serves them right, they back doored the world for decades, it’s only fair that one day, they get back doored hard in return. Hope they enjoy it just like they enjoyed causing all that crap in HK, Taiwan and Xinjiang. Stupid mofos seriously have the gall to play victim, hope they get wrecked more, they know they want it, I mean they always seem to comeback for more when they know they shouldn’t, like an ex that simply cannot stop coming back

question: how do they even plan out the response if every move they make via telecom is being watched?

this is like Trisolaran sophons watching humanity's every move, and what made the Wallfacer project necessary in the first place.

They better be buying millions of copies of Three Body Problem and reading every word.
