Japan was never a superpower post 1945 . when you think about it. Japan rise was artificial as many did not want Europe become too powerful again so alot of things were wide open for Japan. make no mistake Japan took advantage of opportunity unlike Thailand/Philippines or Argentina. but Japan is not a country that can develop into high income under Western sanctions.
Isnt Ukraine also using CN drones?

UK is not a member of APEC. UK is part of G20 which will have a meeting in Rio next week where Keir is expected to meet Xi there
AGI has never even been remotely possible anytime soon, let alone sure thing, if you need a nuclear reactor of power to learn how to do what humans can do with a snack bar you're not on the right track.
If anything, American religion like obsession with chat bots, and the energy they're throwing into brute forcing it is preventing them from exploring a lot of very powerful economic usecases for AI, e.g. autonomous vechicles, design generation and predictive analytics.

Can you imagine a country forum or group without India?
Look how smooth APEC was. It shows how efficient things are without India. It almost makes sense when we see Indian workers and managers. Always causing unneeded drama and trouble without results to speak for.
The UN security council despite having literal enemies have still functioned quite fast because no India. That's why China should make more of these No-India clubs. When you think about it, QUAD has barely made any progress probably because of India and the other partners are getting fed up. Maybe they are thinking of creating another anti-China group without involving India.
