I think it will be a show with whomever wins. Trump will be on millions of liberals mind 24/7 rent free if he wins. If Harris wins, it would be truly be embarrassing for Trump to lose to weak sauce Harris. MAGA movement might be over and he becomes exiled from politics.

The point i am making is Russia can strike harder if it does not to take into consideration Grain, Arabs and Jews in Ukraine. It is unmatched in 1000kg cruise missiles and 1500kg bombs and it can strike in multiple direction even without using Tu-160M and underwater unmanned vessels.

EUV is just a product of mistaken globalism on China's part. No single country owns all the patents for it, China's share of IP is as big as the other major holders, and China is closer to being the sole owner today than US is. For the future, China should seek to consolidate all bottlenecks, and only portion out small, commercially unfeasible productions to other countries, like with the drone and EV industry.
