The 750 dollars thing is such a joke if it weren’t so insulting. They are better off not giving away zero dollars in aid.
A lot of people don't have flood insurance so they lost everything. 750 could probably help for like two weeks given how expensive everything is now but I don't think could pay for a month of rent in the US.
750 can buy groceries for a month if you really stretch it… Average rent is now 1500 a month. So more like two weeks rent.

I think Gulf Monarchies want to see Afghanistan preeminent Power and in addition they want to see fundamental changes inside Russia aka Clean up Society. Thats the reason Russia Duma Speaker got that reception in Saudi and he made some statements that i dont want to post. Culture and Mindset way more important than language.
