I've said all we should is adapt the Saudi version of LCS only difference being nsm instead of harpoon ASHM

31 mil ... well it says a lot about what the LCS Project has become
According to this it's for LCS 3 and 5 wonder what's happening with 1,2 as Coronado is number 4
And aren't 3 and 5 both Freedom class vessels

testing to support the outfitting of a second LCS class ship
with an extended range offensive cruise missile capability,
supporting continued planned lethality upgrades to the entire
class. This funding enables is [LOL not my typo here!] required
to keep planned lethality upgrades to remain aligned on both
LCS ships." at p. 4 of Document: Navy’s FY 2018 Unfunded Priorities List
