None of above. I'd choose Dingyuan (定远). Coz it was not only the largest navy ship in Chinese, but also the whole far east. So I'd like to think the very first carrier from PLAN should be called Dingyuan. And just like the old time Dingyuan should also be the name of its class. I think by using Dingyuan it's much more meaningful than any other name for Chinese people. Coz it reminds people in China why PLAN needs advanced big ship like carriers, as well as reminding people the whole meaning of a strong blue water navy.
But that ship sank, because it ran out of ammo fighting the Japanese in the first sino japanese war since the qin dynasty never supplied any ammunition to its navy. It would remind the chinese people of how corrupt their society and their leaders were back in the qin dynasty. That name doesn't have very good memories attached to it, and it was from corrupt imperial times, something communism is against.
I don't think it would be after a dynasty, since that's used for naming submarines, not cities either since frigates and destroyers used it. The naming system will probably be something new and different from ships they have now, probably a famous chinese general or figurehead, or maybe it will be even called PLAN China, who knows. It will probably be something important and powerful and most likely well known to the west to signify to the world that china is emerging as a world power.
