That's around 15% growth per annum from here to 2030 to reach that "goal". Frankly, if they reach half that by 2030 it would be miraculous.
No kidding."Will make India a $10 trillion economy by 2030..." Hmmmm.... seems that sentence is missing something; oh, that's right, it's the subject! He probably meant to say "A miracle made of unfounded hopes will make India a $10 trillion economy by 2030!"
They were pretty confident winning 2015 & 2019 world cup too.

Because of India’s poor general education standards.
Not only does this translate into reporters and writers with poor vocabulary, but even those who did get a decent education and have a solid grasp on writing fundamentals need to dumb down their writing to the standard of the general population.
It was the same back in the day with China shortly after the foundation of the PRC. You had a generally illiterate population, so you needed to keep to simple slogans that are easy to remember.
Whereas China has moved on, India has not.
India? at the edge of a full blown farmer revolt.China has a quantum jump. Look at the recent achievements...moon landings [near and far side], a working quantum computer, manned deep dive vehicle to over 10, 000 m, Fission machine that generates heat equivalent to that of the sun for future clean energy, building of the 3rd aircraft carrier with electromagnetic take off facilities...arrested spread of covid-19 in mainland China, and provide 5 safe vaccines, some already to Indonesia and Brazil and some countries in Africa...elimination of abject poverty in Guizhou, the poorest of all provinces. And so on..
By comparison, where is India now at?
