Well yea this new China aint 1950s PVA anymore. China has the capacity and capability to supports its servicemen. As long as it doesnt impair their combat readiness. China is only catching up to NATO/US level in terms of servicemen benefits. Take a look at what US overseas bases/establishment have for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sometimes they have popstar performances and WWE performances. Its time PLA servicemen reap the benefits of a strong nation.
