The China-military.org site lists 3 regiments in the PLANAF equipped with JH-7/JH-7A, and speculated that the PLAAF 28th Division also received JH-7A:


If we look at this Washington Times article:


It specified that Admiral Fallon visited the PLAAF 28th Air Division, and sat in the cockpit of a JH-7 (FB-7).
