Yes but PAC delivered the 50th Block II end of last year
This year they will build 12 more Block II units so that’s pretty much 2018 gone to give 62 x JF17 Block II
First 5 months of 2019 they will be preparing for new model
Just like there was a break in between Block I and II in 2014 there was no units built, things just need to be prepared it’s a new version
Also apparently the 2 x JF17B Block II is the prototype for Block III, with larger wings, longer length, bigger nose cone for ASEA, Swept back vertical stabiliser digital flight control system, bigger payload , modified tail exhaust (maybe a new engine) etc etc
So overall actually this year will focus on JF17B Block II testing to final tune it into JF17A and B Block III
Overall this is actually good long term thinking
