I'm curious, is the Block III still slated for induction in 2016? When the original timeline was posted on the internet, the Block II was slated for 2012, and then delays hit the program.

If so, then we would expect a Block III to make its first flight in 2015 (most likely at CAC since Kamra is busy with all the new export orders).

block 3 prototype will make its first flight in 2016 most probably. and will enter into serial production in 2018-2019

Pakistan military has categorically stated they will not take part in any offensive military operations in Operation decisive storm so the question of JF-17 being used is out of the question

Pakistan does not need to test it's military hardware certainly not justified by Yemen conflict anyway

There is no question if asked PAF could send a unit of JF-17 aircraft to the scene but as of now no allied county has made such a request

Are you using a Chrome browser ? I use Firefox and I can access the website just fine. Its just Google Chrome that refuses to recognize Chinese websites security certificates.

That makes more sense; the Block II seems to be only an interim upgrade.
