I called that idea to be fanboish bunk Feb 27, 2018
and now I see it's worse than that, as it's something Politicians imposed on their Military;
those particular Politicians could be gone in a year or so, the consequences of their megalomania left to Military to handle

yeah and once they spend all 16 (sixteen) missiles, which is a really low number considering her displacement, an empty VLS may be displayed all over the circular wall
