You may surprise, actually even Murasame class can carry two SH-60:

I am not entirely sure what the yellow arrow is pointing to. It may well be an SH-60J(K) Seahawk...but all you see is the rotor sticking out there.
I can tell you this, the nine Murasame, the five Takaname, and the four Akizuki destroyers are all designed to carry a single SH-60J(K) Seahawk helicopter. That is what their facilities are meant to accommodate and support. (The first two have exactly the same hull and hanger design. The third is a slightly larger version - 2 3/4 feet shorter and 3 feet wider).
Now, in rare circumstances or emergencies can two land on her? Well of course.
And in such circumstances, in an emergency could they pull both into the hanger.? Yes, I suppose they could, and perhaps that is what we are seeing here.
But that is not what they were designed to do or to accommodate for their operations.
