Yes...but I need the much larger 1/350 scale ship.I don't see any reason why they would not have implemented Japan naval standards in constructing JS Izumo. It's going to take time to sift through all the documents archived at the MoD to verify though.
I saw a 1/700 scale on display at the 53rd Japan hobby model trade show.
I am sure it will come out. If Fujimi produced a 1/350 scale Hyuga and Ise (and they did because )...they will also do the Izumo eventually...hehehe....and I will get one of the first ones in the US!

I remember seeing a photo of Osumi Class and Hyuga Class in Yokosuka together!? Anyone got that picture man those two looked bad and the second Izumo Class's isn't even in the water yet!!
