That has been rumored to be there for a few months iirc, this looks real.

What's the benefit of this?

Bulge behind main wing? I'm guessing to increase cross sectional area there for better area-ruling -> reduce drag for transonic/supersonic flight.

WS-13E or maybe WS-19. some Chinese websites claim, this is WS-19 but can't confirm.

WS-13E is also called WS-21, totally new redesign variant. incorporated new generation components.
