I understand your scepticism -- but most if not all of us can recognize a PS (even a really good one) the moment we see it. The current stash of pictures are simply from too many angles to do such an elaborate job. And more importantly all the BBS chatter suggests this thing is real...
But you can reserve your opnion until better pictures come out.

Dude are you really taking Challenge seriously...? Huitong didn't update his site very quickly with the J-10B either. He's probably on holiday, give it a week or two

If there had been a lot of onlookers as indicated by BBS sites, there it had been a rather disappointing development since all that had been seen are still grainy, fuzzy and foggy photos.
Could this be just a case of Chinese whisper being fed by the fact that many people wanting to believe? ... how many actually did said "I've seen it" or it is a case of most saying " ... many others have seen it and I believe their story ..."?

computer CGI of SIN-93 first release by AVIC in 2006 zhuhai airshow.artilce about the aircraft appear in top81 (scan from Chinese aerospace magazine) aircraft appear to be power by WS-13 (RD-93).later by Chinese engine.
report that a prototype may already undergoing testing in 2009.in term of size are compatible to MIG-29 or F-18A.

It's no surprise that we get such low quality pictures.
I doubt anyone dares take pictures with anything more obvious than a cellphone camera.
