I zoomed in on the plane and magnified it to twice its original size.

I zeroed in on the engine nozzles. Magnification is at 4X.

Oh, I just remembered. I have a tool that can magnify without losing resolution. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to learning how to use it. I will put in on my list of things to do by next year.

It can be quite sure there are 2 different engines fitted on J-20 prototype. Not the so call heat distortion that created the illusion of 2 different engines.

Thats weird.

Anyone here wonder what are those engines ?? or it is just the same engine with a different painting ??

Easiest explanation.

Problem with right engine and it was replaced. Still 31, but a new set of panels.

They definitely repainted the petal on the right. This is not some sort of optical illusion caused by the heat waves.
