Truly a nice plane. I hope to see it in the future. Doing stunts this low looks like we might see air display in near future. Somehow I tend to believe there is one more program we do not see.

I agree with Munir, this seems to be the J-20 airshow of the week, best marketing campaign of all, or the "now you see it, now you don't". Reminds me of my Dad doing the ole zippo trick, "Now which hand is it in?" I remind you, we are not dealing with amateurs, its all pretty slick, and its definetly an attention getter.

This fella compiles some of the footages of the J-20 flight tests for whole of last year...

She's looking good, but no one has explained those initial flutters on all the control surfaces, fly by wire indexing, calibrating redundant systems for same? Flight control systems booting up, checking itself, or just the pilot, checking free and correct. Those aileron rolls are sweet, nicely harmonized, looking much smoother, maybe tweaking flight control system?

I speculate ,that the long range plan may include 2-D TVC system similiar to F-22.

How come the J-20 pitches up with the canards angled down? And for those who think it's 'cause it's diving, it's not. The J-20 really pitches with angled-down canards.

I've seen a video of the Su-33s doing the same, but obviously it's a totally different aircraft.

trim function? also canard angled down might actually be in neutral position while overall aircraft on positive aoa
