IMO if it we think an image is AI, we shouldn't directly post it, but rather very obviously obscure it like so -- the point serving two purposes:
1) so that it is flagged that any observer knows the image is AI enhanced
2) so that no one can "enjoy" an AI enhanced image or be "duped" by it too easily, instead making it as offensive and flagrant as possible
(and yes I know others can use tools to remove the obscuration easily, but that's not the intent. It's more to make it more visible and develop awareness overall so the community is vigilant against AI enhanced photos)
