There were 4 variant, we just missed it. Here you can clearly see there is J-20, A, B and S.

Very interesting to see that the upper and lower sides of J-20A/S do, in fact, have the same colour, despite how insanely different they look under variable lighting conditions. Must be a radical new RAM on these things.
