Vortices but it could be produced by wings or from a spin recovery chute apparatus for flight testing ? It look like it come from between engines.

Pretty sure that's just wingtip vortices.
After poring over the footage for longer than is probably healthy, I share that conclusion. Those shock diamonds look very good, nothing like any variant of the WS-10. Loath as I am to praise an American plane, I have to say that was an F-22ish takeoff. The WS-15 is obviously a beast of an engine.
