Neither. Until we get indications otherwise we expect the first production version to use AL-31s.
Probably the non TVC version, The J-20 engine ports are designed for the larger WS-15 and past WS-10 variants on it were always enlarged. Not sure an enlarged J-10C engine exists.

This makes the original report even more funny ! ... I can already read the hyper-sensational news: "CAC finally managed to develop a long speculated twin engine variant of its J-20 fighter jet, which just has finally been confirmed by new footage released by Chinese state media." !!
