I know and strangely they all wore dark color clothes.

I think this is an internal viewing/celebration of the new 2011. Those people might all be CAC employees wearing CAC uniform.

I think it's a J-10S, number 5 of Batch 3.

I think they also clipped a little corner of the canard.

Good catch Mace, that little clip is to allow the controls to move free and correct without binding on another surface, in this case the flapperon is clipped to prevent contact with the ruddervators, even Cessna 172s have the inside rear corners of the elevators clipped in this exact same manner.

So what does 305 on the J-10B mean?

I can't help but wonder if the main bay is longer because of the new, larger "zigzags" on the edges of the bay.
