You forgot the Su-30MKK is already capable to carry then non only on the inner wing-pylon but also under the intakes, So even if this is more a show-load and indeed a Su-30MKK, I see no reason to be sure, the J-16 can do the same. If the J-15 can, is another story!?!

He is asking how many YJ-91s a J-16D can carry if it is carrying its full loadout of EW pods as seen at the airshow -- four pods total, two under the air intakes, and two at the underwing pylons.

In that image, the six YJ-91s would be reduced to two YJ-91s with the full loadout of four EW pods.
So the question is whether J-16D (or any other Flanker) can carry YJ-91s in the ventral positions.

Sorry, then I missed that important part; I thought he asked, if any Chinese Flanker could do ...

And to the question in the last sentence: Actually I don't know. :(

It is reported that the military is developing a next-generation anti-radiation missile with similar performance to AGM88E to replace KH31, with smaller size and better performance

As blitzto pointed out, the J-16D intake pylons are used by ECM pods in the 4-pod configuration on show in Zhuhai, which means those 2 pylons won’t be able to carry missiles in the situation that I was originally talking about.

Also I remember seeing pictures of J-15 with intake pylons carrying relatively heavy loads (either yj-83 or 91, I’ll need to look the photo up) so it would seem that J-15 indeed can theoretically carry 6 simultaneously.

I went and scavenged some J-15 pictures online (sorry for the obnoxiously low quality on some of them, best I could do rn) and here they are, note the positions of yj-91 in them AAEB1575-5389-4253-9104-B70A65912258.jpeg

So as for the J-15 we have indeed seen YJ-91 being carried on the intake pylons, and the 4 inner-wing pylons, adding up to a total of 6. Theoretically that means J-15 can simultaneously carry all 6, putting it on the same line in this regard as the su-30mkk shown by deino as well as other land-based flankers

I think in a realistic combat situation, it would be carrying two at most.
That would very much depend on the situation and the mission requirements. Anyhow having the flexibility to carry more IF it needs to never hurts right?

Yes, of course, but I believe SOP for most air forces is 2 A2S + 2 A2A munitions at most simultaneously.
