No they use it. It is just not photographed often. The ones they exported to Pakistan are either direct hand me downs or new helmets with same spec as PLAAF ones.
Same account has posted another video of J-10Cs cockpit,this time giving a more detailed view. I don't remember seeing such a video of the cockpit of a PLAAF J-10C.
