What he calls "Bill Sweetman land" is just a different forum.
In other words -- "a user on a different forum posted xyz"
Most likely totally innocent, but it's worth noting the aircraft from Eagles of Civilization returned home on the night of May 7. That is to say, PLAAF had J-10C, YY-20, and KJ-500 assets outside western China 24 hours beforehand.....roughly the same time and general vicinity of Pakistan using its own compatible aircraft to great effect.
Like I said, it's almost certainly nothing. Just interesting to note the coincidence.
