J-10C is an advanced part of PLAAF now. I think, China will not sell it to other countries.
But Indian and Pakistani medias are saying that China has signed an agreement with Pakistan selling 50 of J-10 C jet fighters to Pakistan in 2020- 2021 . Is it true ?

I can't see why the Pakistanis need another light fighter when the existing joint Sino-Pakistan developed JF-17 packs quite the punch. The Block 3 version is equipped with an AESA radar, IRST system, as well as PL-10/15 missile armaments - essentially advancing the JF-17 into the 4.5+ generation category.

If (and that's a big IF) the J-10 is to be exported, I'd imagine the Iranians get their hands on it first.

I do not know why.
But it could be that I heard India plan to attack Pakistan and joint Sino-Pakistan developed JF-17 , will take more time to fly and it is not stealth ??
J-10 C could be an urgent help.

J-10 isn't stealthy either.

Procurement is also a lengthy process, you don't just order J-10s and they role up on your doorstep. It takes time negotiating contracts, settling on weapons and systems specification, arranging production and delivery timeline, training pilots and engineers/technicians, integration into the combat air fleet... Meanwhile Pakistan has over 100 JF-17s, that are almost as lethal as the J-10, ready to go. This drawn out process could take years, and wouldn't give 'urgent help' as you suggest. If Pakistan were to play the long game they'd be better off waiting to see what comes of the FC-31 program.

I think the time for Pakistan to get the J-10 is long gone. Ever since they decided on the JF-17.
What could make sense would be a twin-engine fighter. But Pakistan hasn't seen a need for something like that so far.
