I must admit that J-10C is a very elegant bird, the more I look at it the more I like it.
Now that the eagle is black/white it looks a lot like the Seattle Sea Hawks logo.
I think this the offical report of the J-10 crash on Sep. 4th in Guilin.

A few important details to add, pilot ejected 75m from the ground, but seems to be ok.
I think it must be standard procedure for the pilot to lie down after ejection and await medical teams to minimise risks of spinal injury, which is good practice.
It would be the first reported loss of J-10C, but luckily it was due to a bird as opposed to any engine or systemic issues.
