The Air Force of the Chengdu Military Area Command holds a live-ammunition drill on
Tibetan Plateau, where the early spring weather is still quite chilly. During the exercise,
the air force for the first time carried out surgical strikes at night.

An aviation division of the air force under the Chengdu Military Area

drillings in early March to boost its combat capabilities.

The only J-10 regiment in Chengdu MR is of course 44 Ftr Div 132 Regt. But the shelters alone would give it away, since Luliang is the only J-10 base to have shelters like the one in picture 2.
