Assuming there was a sale the Su-35 and Yak-130 should come soon enough. But Russia right now cannot manufacture VK-2500 helicopter engines in enough volumes. So I wouldn't be surprised if the deliveries of helicopters are delayed a lot.
From news from June 2023, it seems that the situation is improving significantly. Furthermore, if you buy the Mil-28 today, you certainly need the technical time to make them, so months, perhaps even 1 year, can pass before they start to be delivered in batches. So I think the Russians will be able to supply the VK-2500s needed for Iranian helicopters.

a passage from the article
<<В этом году план выпуска двигателей ВК-2500 увеличился более, чем в два раза. Это потребовало значительных усилий со стороны всех участников кооперации, которые активно включились в выполнение этой задачи
This year, the production plan for VK-2500 engines has more than doubled. This required significant efforts on the part of all cooperation participants who were actively involved in completing this task.>>

'Not enough' can mean different things.
In Russian case, it means that engines are a bottleneck for an even(and much) higher helicopter production, which is already firmly in 3 digits.

The transformation of the container ship Perarin (IMO: 9209350) into the "Shahid Bagheri", a ship that should be able to take off and land even large UAVs, seems to be almost complete....... but perhaps also piloted aircraft.
From Marinetraffic, data when she was still a container ship
Gross Tonnage: 36014
Summer DWT: 41978 t
Length Overall x Breadth Extreme: 240.2 x 32.2 m
Year Built: 2000

here photo when it was still in dry dock, as you can see the flight deck is almost completed.

in this one I made some adjustments to highlight the flight deck

That's a weird layout... will be interesting to see if they have some arresting system for landing. Beside small and slow planes, cannot see anything landing conventionally without arresting system. Also, I cannot see a small propeller driven manned plane lifthing up from the jump.
