The source they are using is guess... our favourite useful idiots of the Falun Gong lol (ok more specifically "China Observer").

I took a couple minutes to track down the source and unsurprisingly my hunch of it coming from a Falun Gong associated source was correct. Don't bother watching the video, it reads as an AI-generated script with minimal editing and has a dreadfully stilted voiceover, which somehow generates quite a few clicks cause CHINA FAIL does well in the Youtube algorithm. Still amusing in its own very pathetic way though.
