The Character Harley Quinn was a original creation form the Batman Animated series in about 1993, And she was always intended to speak with a Particular Accent that of Arleen Sorkin which is missing.
Harley was originally just a toss away Gun maul but she grew into a fan fave which peaked in Mad Love Where her Backstory as a Arkham Psychologist, Dr. Harleen Quinzel who after attempting to the Joker develops a four or five way Hybrid of Hybristophilia, Autassassinophilia, The Florence Nightingale effect, Stockholm Syndrome and possibly Biastophilia. all of which makes her more suited to be a Patient than a Doctor at Arkham. Harley is about to have her first On Big Screen in Suicide Squad played by Margot Robbie.

So touching, huh?

Not a funny video but an inspiring one. This lady singer, Wang Jing, has the voice of Teresa Teng with the bonus that her voice has the uniqueness that you can enjoy as much as Teresa Teng.

Wow... that's very impressive! If you close your eyes and just listen to her sing, you could easily mistaken her as Teresa Teng. Taiwan can protest mainland copy them now.
