Actually I will get more shocked if this guy got a QBZ191 before PLA attack Taiwan. Personnel equipment not too hard to buy one.
I find that difficult to entertain.
For actual PLA equipment, even in the past/old types, they are kept on quite a close leash.
For example, 5.8mm QBZ-95 family weapons have not been seen outside of China by anyone that isn't the PLA, despite entering service decades ago
If it isn't official or can be sold then there is nothing wrong, if it ain't then I stand with my opinion. No need to chill out simply because I have zero tolerance for traitors and the like.
I think there's no reason to jump to the conclusion that the equipment being sold are PLA equipment produced from the OEM to begin with.
I'm surprised everyone is being so trusting of this notion -- if we look at how much replica tactical and small arms gear can be found on taobao and AliExpress and the like, from other international brands, then why do we think that "PLA" products which other people buy off taobao are suddenly official and legitimate...
