This actually looks reasonable for ground/surface attack purpose and limited air to air combat. Unless Indian tried to use Jaguar as air superiority, then there will be problem.
The information on the tweet is quite generous including the TRM counts, peak power and beamwidth. It's easily gleaned the radar operates at high end of X-band at 11 GHz and the range figure provided looks reasonable, 150 km is for very large targets in order of 10 sqm. Range for smaller targets like 3 sqm is smaller about 110 km for probability of detection of 50% while for 90% where lock on or engagement with missile could be allowed is 80 km. While range for surface target should refer to ship target with RCS of maybe 1000 sqm+.
It's basically a 21st century Agave radar.

At least if it can give them the chance to turn tail while detecting fighter ahead before getting hurt it's nice. It's a ground attack aircraft afterall.
That video is from a crash in Afghanistan, though. Not sure if its being used as reference or being passed as the thing, though.
Is this figure authentic? That's more than shocking that many soldiers died just for being deployed for combat against what was supposed to be a major war against Pakistan. It begs the question if the Indian Army and military in general has learned lessons and made dramatic improvements to avoid any such unfortunate mishap from occuring. But based upon the IAF attack with their so-called Balakhot? Air strike (where it's been found to have hit nothing more than empty house and fields) losing a captain by having his plane getting shot down, losing rescue personnel due to friendly fire; then we have the Ladakh incident where 20 plus soldiers died and many left injured and captured inflicted upon by the PLA, I am not sure if the Indian Military has learned anything at all.
They have learned the existence of internet and the art of editing Wikipedia articles, conjuring absurd stories on X, creating YT videos about the glorious exploits of the mighty IA against the weak PLA as well as riding Jaishankar & Modi whenever they drop their one liners, "India will do this...India has arrived... it's our time...no-one has lived to tell the tale after messing with superpower India..."
Beneath it all, things continue as they have always been. Accidents, atrocious logistics, weapons from all over the world making maintenance a nightmare for the poorly qualified maintenance teams, grafting by senior officers, delays in decision making alongside delays in production/procurement of weapons systems. Every weekend, without fail however, one of their generals dresses up all hip and square to give an interview to one of their English news channels, while attempting to use a softer accent to sound Western and sway Indians into believing in his intelligence and strategic wisdom.
And that folks is the Indian way.
