Rajnath Singh, India's Defence Minister, referring to the country's recent operation against Pakistan known as "Operation Sindoor," has stated that if Pakistan does not refrain from its reprehensible behavior toward India once again, "this time we will give such a response that the world will watch in awe." This senior Indian official warned during a speech that Operation Sindoor has not been halted and "this time there will be no forgiveness."

Reminds of another MKI crash, in 2017, in which electronic interference was suspected. Both in 2017 and 2026, the MKI's departed from Salonibary AFS @ Tezpur, Assam, near the Chinese border with Arunachal Pradesh. The two crash sites are 50km apart (maybe more because the site given for 2026 is a large area). Both times the aircraft went missing, lost contact.
